Daily Schedule

Sunday

  • 1PM-3PM: Check-in

  • The afternoon will provide time to unpack, settle in, or explore the campus before dinner.  

  • 3PM: Teens will meet to begin the Teen Movie Project.  

  • 5PM: Dinner will be served in the dining hall.  

  • 6:15 PM: We will gather for introductions to the institute, followed by instrument play-ins. The Rising Artist Orchestra will also meet during this hour.

Monday-Friday

  • 8AM: Classes will start.  

  • 4PM-5PM: Daily student solo recitals.

  • 6:30PM: Evening activities will begin after dinner.

Saturday

  • The final Celebration Concert will take place after breakfast.

  • Dormitory resident check-out will occur following the final concert.  

  • The institute will close at noon on Saturday.

Final Concerts

  • Final concerts for Chamber Ensemble (Young and Rising Artists), Young Artist Orchestra, Parent Ensemble, Rising Artist Piano Ensemble, and Guitar Ensemble will take place on Friday afternoon.  

  • All group classes and the Rising Artist Orchestra will perform at the Saturday morning Celebration Concert.
