Non-Suzuki Sibling Electives

Non-participating siblings have the option to enroll in an enrichment class. Dalcroze Eurythmics is available only to siblings who have musical training. For more information, please refer to the Class Descriptions section. The fee for these classes also includes a NESI t-shirt.

For Parents

Parental participation is crucial for the success of the Suzuki method. Parents are expected to attend lessons with their children and assist them in preparing for the following day's classes. Although the days may be busy, the benefits of daily lessons are maximized when you dedicate time to practice each day.

Parent Ensemble

The Parent Ensemble is designed for parents with two to three years of playing experience. This class provides a wonderful opportunity to make music with fellow adults. The ensemble will be held as long as there are enough registrations to form a viable group. All instruments are welcome, regardless of whether they are taught at NESI. Please arrange care for your child(ren) during this hour to ensure all participants can enjoy the best possible experience.

The Parent Talk

Connect with other parents and caregivers and hear from faculty members who will answer your questions about creating an effective and positive practice environment for your child. Gain inspiration from the teachings of Dr. Suzuki and brainstorm strategies for guiding our students on their musical journeys.

Adult Master Class

Would you like to enjoy your own 30-minute lesson every day? Sign up for the Adult Master Class, which offers a daily 30-minute lesson with one of our instructors. Space is limited, and we will ensure that your master class does not overlap with your child's lesson time.
